With a distinguished culinary background and a passion for innovative, seasonal cuisine, Andrea Ravezzani brings a wealth of international experience and creativity to the Park & Cove kitchen.
Born and bred in Milan, Andrea was previously trained in one of Europe’s most exclusive culinary schools where his career in food began. Following extensive training in Italy and beyond, Andrea has received a number of prestigious awards including bronze & silver medals at the Italian Cup culinary competition, Gastronomia Expo regional competition and the World culinary competition.
For the past decade, Andrea has been the owner of Noosa and Waterfront Restaurant and now brings his dedication to showcasing the finest local Australian ingredients to Park & Cove, aligning perfectly with the restaurant's ethos.
